Protecting your Identity

The near mention of identity theft is bound to send shivers down most people’s spines.  The sad thing is that our senior population is among the most preyed upon, due to thieves’ belief that they are relatively easy “prey.”  There are many tools available to people of all ages, many ideal for our senior population to take advantage of, which can help protect against identity theft. 

It is always a good time to consider how you guard your social security number, secure your mail, destroy your trash, monitor your accounts, and assess what other measures should be taken to protect your sensitive personal information.
