Tips for Enjoying a Healthier & Less Expensive Retirement

Although many of us may not put two-and-two together without it being brought top-of-mind, we should all understand that the healthier you are physically (at any age, but especially during retirement), the more likely you are to also enjoy financial health.  The reason, obviously enough, is that unhealthy individuals almost always pay more for health insurance and related expenses which impact their financial bottom-line.  If you are in the process of making New Year’s resolutions and your physical or financial health is of topic, you may want to consider that these two resolutions are not mutually exclusive.
