iPhone Note Turned Will

iPhone WillWill wonders never cease? An Australian court has held a note on a decedent’s iPhone is acceptable as a valid Last Will and Testament and admissible for probate!

Granted, this ruling had less to do with the way in which the “Will” was created and more about the circumstances under which such was done, it still seems to be one of first impression!

With that said, the Court reasonably recommends that everyone do their best to comport with the established laws and rules surrounding creation and proper execution of a Will whenever possible.
